Rocky Sombe is a chartered accountant and entrepreneur. He is shareholder and chairman of Kazang Zambia limited, the leading payment service provider in Zambia. He is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Certified Accountants and holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Zambia. He has over forty years’ experience in Accounting, Finance, Banking and Entrepreneurship. He is a serial entrepreneur with extensive franchising experience, having set up and run franchises such as Subway, Signarama, Keg and Lion, Keg and Fig Tree, Cappello at Lewanika Mall and Black Zambia at Twin Palm Mall. He has served on boards including PACRA, Tax Appeals Tribunal, Professional Insurance Corporation and One Life. He was part of the team that set up the Competition and Consumer Protection Tribunal, serving as a member for ten years. Mr Sombe is also a mentor, having guided several young entrepreneurs. He has initiated and participated in community projects through Rotary and served as President of the Rotary Club of Nkwazi in 2012–2013. He is currently Vice President Education for Entrepreneurs Toastmasters Zambia.

Kapambwe Chikontwe is a Clinical Neuropsychologist, Managing Consultant and Founder of Serenity Wellness Center, and currently serving as Interim Country Director for International Society of Substance use Professionals Zambia Chapter. He has extensive expertise in neuropsychology, addiction treatment, and mental health interventions. Through his leadership at Serenity Wellness Center, a non-profit organization established in 2019, he has spearheaded prevention, treatment, and recovery initiatives addressing substance use and related mental health challenges. Kapambwe collaborates widely with government, civil society, and international partners to strengthen Zambia’s response to mental health and substance use challenges. He is affiliated with the Psychology Association of Zambia, HPCZ and the International Society of Substance Use Professionals. He holds a MSc in clinical neuropsychology from UNZA school of Medicine, an MBA in strategy from UNZA school of business, a bachelor’s in philosophy and psychology from Pontifical Antonanum University, Italy and a certificate in Business Accounting (CIMA).

Andrew Sakala attended Birmingham Bible Institute where he studied Biblical Studies and Theology (Diploma and Bachelor’s Degree with distinction). He served as an Associate Pastor in training Dudley Christian Fellowship, West Midlands UK. He is married with three surviving children. Areas of involvement in Christian ministry include Pastoring, lecturing and pioneering ministries. He is passionate about teaching theology, extensive marriage ministry. He’s currently co-heading Grace Project Bible Training center.
